The University of Nova Gorica at the IFAM- Intronika 2013 Fair in Celje

The University’s presentation will be included in the presentation of the Committee for Science and Technology of the Chamber and Small Business of Slovenia. The presentation will be done by a professional group of electronics engineers, led by their president Janez Škrlec. Other Chamber’s partner institutions will be presented at the Fair as well: Institut Jožef Stefan, The Ljubljana Chemical Institute, School of Electrical Engineering of the University of Ljubljana, University of Maribor, The Center of Excellence NAMASTE, VSŠ ŠC Ptuj, MIC, VSŠ ŠC Velenje, SERŠ from Maribor, and a whole series of small and micro businesses.

The Fair focuses on the areas, such as automatics, robotics, mechatronics, professional electronics, measurement techniques and bionics.

The IFAM-INTRONIKA Fair will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year and is the only fair in Slovenia that covers the technological areas, such as automatics, robotics, mechatronics, professional electronics, and for the first time also measurement techniques. Slovenia can be very proud that such fair exists here and that it is attracting more and more visitors every year. The visitors are comprised of professionals from various fields, researchers, different technical engineers, college and high school students, craftsmen and businessmen. 96 exhibitors were present in Celje this year. The chief organizer of the fair is ICM, LLC from Celje. We will be the only ones at the fair who will present bionics as a science and a profession of the future.

Eleven companies from abroad will also also present. The exhibitors will come from Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, The Czech Republic, Germany and Austria. The companies present at the fair will be from Germany, Austria, Japan, Great Britain, Italy, France, Belgium, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, and the United States.
