Dr. Iva Mrak, who successfully completed her graduate studies at the Economics and Techniques for the Conservation of the Architectural and Environmental Heritage program at the University of Nova Gorica, recently received an award for best Ph.D. thesis in the area of innovative methods and tools for promoting adaptable, creative and sustainable places.
She received this award – it is given by the University of Naples Federico II – for her doctoral thesis titled “Multicriteria evaluation for cultural heritage management from a sustainable spatial development perspective« that she prepared under the supervision of prof. Giovanni Campeol from the IUAV University in Venice, Italy.
