Research and teaching post in the field of chemistry
University of Nova Gorica announces the research and teaching post in the field of chemistry.
Deadline for applications: 20. 5. 2017
Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria: * have PhD in chemistry or chemistry-related fields, * have knowledge and experience of experimental work in physical, inorganic, analytical chemistry or material science, * have the academic title of Assistant Professor (docent) or fulfilling the academic conditions for obtaining this title, * be willing to lecture up to six hours a week.
The selected candidate will be involved in research work of Material Research Laboratory

Her/his research activities will be in the field of experimental studies of surface chemistry of functional materials.
The selected candidate will have teaching responsibilities within one or more study programs of University of Nova Gorica.
The starting date of the position will be agreed with the candidate.
The position is a one-year tenure track position with expectation to be converted to a tenured position.
