Assistant with Phd in the field of viticulture

Candidates are expected to:

• hold a PhD in the field of Viticulture, Agronomy, Biotechnical Sciences,
• have practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of viticulture, viticulture techniques, field experiments and methods of analysis in the production and processing of grapes,
• take up pedagogical obligations up to ten hours per week within the Subjects related to Viticulture, Ampleography, Soil chemistry and biology, Grape analysis, as well as supervising graduating students at the University of Nova Gorica,
• actively participate in the existing and future research work of the Wine Research Center,
• show active knowledge of English, Italian would be also appreciated,
• have the ability to work in a group.

The position is expected to start on 27. 08. 2018, with initial appointment for one year, with the possibility of extension.
