The University of Nova Gorica has a vacancy for the position of specialist in digital arts and practice - film, animation, photography, new media and modern artistic practices.

The post will be based at the "School of Arts":http://www.ung.si/en/study/school-of-arts/ at the "University of Nova Gorica":http://www.ung.si/en/. The School is a young, dynamic institution that uses modern approaches to study and places an emphasis on one-to-one work with students.

The successful candidate will perform specialist and technical tasks in the coordination of cultural and educational projects, the logistics of mobility, and production management in the listed fields within the education process.

To be considered for the position, you should: * have completed a Bologna first-cycle programme, a professional higher education programme or a pre-Bologna university programme; * be able to work independently, be flexible enough for group work, and work reliably and with the necessary mastery of detail; * have knowledge of the English language to at least B1 level; * have a knowledge of operating systems; * have two years’ work experience in an identical or similar post.

The application deadline is 1 August 2019. The successful candidate will be expected to start work as soon as possible after the selection process has been completed. Employment is offered for full-time working hours over a fixed term of one year, with the possibility of extension.
