Visit of Minister of Science,Technology and Innovation of Argentina

On Monday, April 21st 2008, from 3.30 p.m., Dr. Lino Baraňao, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Argentina will be visiting the University of Nova Gorica.
The main reason for the visit is the involvement of researchers from the Laboratory of Astroparticle Physics of the University of Nova Gorica in the International scientific collaboration Pierre Auger . Observatory of the Pierre Auger Collaboration, which detects cosmic rays with extreme energies, is located in Argentina.
