Purchase of promotional merchandise

All promotional merchandise can be purchased:

  • at the University of Nova Gorica, Vipavska cesta 13, Rožna Dolina, Office No. 70 (Andreja Leban), second floor from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm
  • by phone at Tel.: +386 5 3315 397 (Andreja Leban)
  • via the E-mail: andreja.leban@ung.si by providing the following information:
    • Name of item
    • Quantity, colour and size
    • Personal data
    • Name and surname
    • Tel. or mobile No.
    • Address (street and house number)
    • Postcode and city
  • The payment of the merchandise should be carried in advance onto the account you will be provided with when placing an order by phone or E-mail. The selected payment service provider (bank, post office) will add a service charge whose amount depends on the conditions of the payment service provider.
  • In case you receive no confirmation of your order placed by E-mail, your order has not been accepted and we kindly ask you to contact us by phone.
  • All items in stock will be shipped to your address within three working days after receiving your payment.
  • Our deliveries are made with the Pošta Slovenije delivery service, therefore the delivery costs are set upon the pricelist of the Pošta Slovenije. The delivery costs must be covered by the purchaser.
  • Deliveries can only be made within the Republic of Slovenia.
  • Privately ordered merchandise can also be received at the University of Nova Gorica, Vipavska 13, Rožna Dolina, Office No. 70 (Andreja Leban), second floor, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. In this case, no delivery or service costs occur.
  • Items out of stock will be delivered to you in the shortest time possible. If you leave us your phone no. or your E-mail address, you will be informed about the expected date of delivery.
  • Should the items shipped to you or the quantity of the items ordered be wrong or should the purchased items of clothing not fit you, you can return the items within 2 working days after the delivery and the items will be replaced with the items ordered or other items available. Complaints received after the the above-mentioned deadline cannot be accepted.
  • Please note that we cannot accept the return of used, damaged or opened items.

  • The items to be exchanged should be returned in undamaged original packing, in the same quantity and inclusive all original documentation and delivered in person or sent by regular mail to: University of Nova Gorica, Vipavska cesta 13, 5000 Nova Gorica. We must request that you to return goods at your own cost, the parcels returned at our costs will not be accepted.
  • We cannot accept complaints referring to the damage caused during the delivery process. Please make sure that the packaging is not damaged at the time of the delivery. In case of damage please refer to the delivery service immediately.
