Student mobility for traineeship – Incoming

Introduction

Erasmus+ helps you gain valuable experience in the workplace by supporting traineeships abroad. Erasmus+ supports traineeships abroad for students currently enrolled in higher education institutions in Programme and Partner countries at Bachelor and Master level as well as for doctoral candidates. These opportunities are also open to recent graduates but only in Programme Countries.

The cultural understanding and language skills you learn from working in another country can make it easier to find a job after your studies. Furthermore, working in a relevant institution opens up perspectives on your studies that seminars and workshops may not provide.

By doing a traineeship abroad with Erasmus+, you can improve not only your communication, language and inter-cultural skills, but also soft skills highly valued by future employers, as well as become more entrepreneurial.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open for students registered in a higher education institution (HEI) holding an Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education for Programme Countries or if HEI has an Inter-institutional Agreement with University of Nova Gorica (UNG), for Partner Countries.

Your traineeship must be relevant for your study programme.

The responsible person at your university (usually the Erasmus+ coordinator or representative of the International office) must send your nomination to UNG. The nomination must be submitted by the specified deadline for nominations set by UNG. The nomination must be sent to international.office@ung.si.
