Recently, Prof. Dr. Petra Svoljšak, the Head of the Cultural History study program at the School of Humanities (University of Nova Gorica) and the Head of the Milko Kos Historical Institute at ZRC SAZU received the Grand Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit.
She received this honor as a recognition for her efforts related to developing the Hungarian-Slovene scientific and cultural relations and organizing a ceremony commemorating the end of World War I.
