Post-doctoral researcher in the field experimental solid state physics (m/f)

Successful candidates will have a PhD degree from the area of solid state physics and strong experience in experiments in the area of fabrication and characterization of charge transport and electronic properties of two-dimensional materials such as graphene or graphene-related materials, and/or electronic charge transport characterization of thin films of advanced high-mobility organic semiconductors. Experience with an atomic force microscope is required. Experience in photolithography of organic devices is a plus.

The selected candidates will become a member of Laboratory for Organic Matter Physics.
Their research activities will be in the field of charge transport in 2D heterostructures and novel organic semiconductors.

The selected candidate will have teaching responsibilities within one or more study programs of University of Nova Gorica.

The positions are available immediately. The employment contract will be concluded for one year with possibility of an extension.
