Magdalina Mihajlovska, student of the Bsc study programme Viticulture and Enology

I am Magdalina Mihajlovska from Skopje, N. Macedonia, and I am a student of the School for Viticulture and Enology at the University of Nova Gorica. This school is unique in its field in Slovenia and at the same time also the best one of this kind in the Balkans area. The availability of the professors is excellent and due to the small study groups we, students, have a lot of privileges in the sense that our professors are highly dedicated to assist us at all times and the overall communication and interaction with them is on a high level. When I was choosing the study programme, the main factor was that the study programme should be as much practically oriented as possible. I believe getting practical experience is of utmost importance – through practically-oriented activities, the students learn faster and are thus more successful with their studies, and in this way they will also truly master their study area. The next advantage that I would like to point out is the opportunity to take part in Erasmus+ mobilities across Europe or elsewhere in the world. So, If you want to study in an European country, with programs and processes that guarantee prosperity and will open doors to achieving even higher goals and if you wish to study while being surrounded by people who support each other and strive for ultimate success, and by professors who are always willing to help you and make your student life easier, then this is the university for you. I am satisfield with my study choice, and I am sure you will be, too.
