Postdoctoral researcher in the field of humanties (m/f)
The University of Nova Gorica announces a job opening of postdoctoral researcher in the field of humanties.

We invite candidates who are interested in working as a postdoctoral researcher at the highly research-oriented University of Nova Gorica.
The work will be conducted within the School of Humanities and the Research Centre for Humanities, in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment with a strong international research presence.
The selected candidate will engage in research, teaching, and other activities. They will be directly involved in the research project "Sustainable digital preservation of the Slovenian new-media art".
Requirements for application:
- Doctorate in Science.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication and organizational skills, project management skills.
- Strong understanding of the broader field of humanities and social sciences.
- Proficiency in academic and professional English and Slovenian language skills (both written and spoken), proficiency in relevant digital tools and work environments.
The selected candidate will be included in the teaching process and deliver lectures within the study programs of the Faculty of Humanities, according to their election.
The employment is for 20 hours per week, for a fixed period from 1. 9. 2023 to 31. 10. 2024.
