Ivan Devetak, a student at the University of Nova Gorica, recently received a scholarship from the Dorče Sardoč Scholarship Fund.

The Fund, named after a Slovenian patriot, has been recognised as a charitable institution, and awards scholarships to less well-off yet deserving students from the Slovenian ethnic community in Italy. Since 1996, more than EUR 300,000 worth of scholarships have been awarded.
Ivan Devetak is a student in the Engineering and Management Bachelor’s programme at the School of Engineering and Management.
