Assistant in the field of literary and gender studies (m/f)

We are seeking candidates interested in working as an assistant at the highly research-oriented University of Nova Gorica .
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment, supported by the latest research equipment and including direct involvement in the international research arena.

The research work will be carried out at the Research Centre for Humanities in the field of Slovenian literature, gender studies and cultural history.

Employment is offered for half-time working hours over a fixed term of 12 months.

Eligible candidates should have:

• Master's (2nd-cycle) degree or equivalent in the field of gender studies, literary studies, history, cultural history or related fields in the humanities,
• requirements for election to the title of “Assistant” at the University of Nova Gorica,
• excellent command of Slovenian and good command of English.
