The University of Nova Gorica is seeking to fill a post of
HEAD OF LABORATORY FOR QUANTUM OPTICS (m/f)

Candidates, both male and female, should fulfill the general employment conditions defined by law and should:

  • possess a PhD qualification from the field of physics

  • meet the criteria for a project leader as defined by the Slovenian Research Agency

  • have management and leadership experience abilities for research teams

  • have significant research and professionally bibliography

  • have a good active command of English

  • have a minimum of five years' professional experience in advanced synchrotron-based laser sources.

    • The post of the Head is appointed for the period of four years.
