3D Visualization of Data on Female Writers Received the Salon’17 Jury Chief Award
This year’s chief award of the Salon 2017, an event organized by the Slovene Fine Arts Associations (ZDSLU), went to Prof. Dr. Aleš Vaupotič from the University of Nova Gorica and Prof. Dr. Narvika Bovcon from the University of Ljubljana. They received the award for their project “3D Visualization of Data on Female Writers: Quote, Fabric, Lake, Female Writers”.
The winners were chosen by the following jury members: Nicole Hewitt, Srečo Dragan and Janez Strehovec.
This project was part of the European project called HERA CRP Traveling TexTs, 1790–1914, which was conducted at the University of Nova Gorica.
The exhibition at the National Museum (Museum Quarter Metelkova, Ljubljana) will be open until February 25, 2018.
