Prof. Dr. Irina Cristea is the new Chief-editor of the international journal

Starting with October 2020, Prof. Dr. Irina Cristea, acting head of the Centre for Information Technologies and Applied Mathematics at University of Nova Gorica, is the new Chief-editor of the “Italian Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics”, edited by Forum Editrice Universitaria Udinese.

The journal was founded in 1997 by Prof. Piergiulio Corsini and currently it is indexed by Scopus and Web of Science (WoS). Prof. Dr. Cristea's editorial activity regards also other international journals: she is member of the Editorial board of the MDPI journal MDPI “Mathematics” (a Q1 journal indexed by WoS) and guest editor of the special issue izdaje "Symmetry in Classical and Fuzzy Algebraic Hypercompositional Structures" published by the MDPI journal "Symmetry" (a Q2 journal in WoS).
