The "European Materials Research Society 2008 Spring Meeting" took place in Strasbourg, France from 26th to 30th May 2008. Our young researcher Andraž Petrović, a member of the Laboratory for epitaxy and nanostructures received a "Young Scientist Award".
The award is dedicated to the best scientific contributions whose authors are doctoral students. In his contribution, Andraž Petrović focusses on morphology and the electronic properties of thin organic semiconductor films and their role in the performance of organic thin film transistors.
