A graduate of the University of Nova Gorica, Ivana Kacafura, received an award for the best energy concept

A yearly conference of European energy managers took place in Prague between 21 and 23 April 2015. This year, Ivana Kacafura from the GOLEA agency was present as well.
She received an award for the best energy concept in the category of small businesses. Ivana Kacafura thus became the first woman to receive the award for the European energy manager.
Ivana Kacafura successfully completed her studies at the School of Environmetal Sciences at the University of Nova Gorica. She wrote her thesis titled “Possibilities for the usage of renewable energy sources in the Brda Municipality” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Francesco Marangon.
