As part of mobility the office coordinates the international activities and educational projects at the University of Nova Gorica. It offers support to students, professors, researchers and other staff of the University.
Erasmus+ is the EU’s new programme for boosting skills and employability through education, training, youth and sport.
The Central European Programme encourages student and teachers mobility within academic networks. For students and professors from the schools that are not included in any network, the mobility is possible even beyond the networks.
Students have the mobility opportunities also via bilateral agreements or through tenders by foreign institutions.
Slovene Scholarship Fund supports international mobility and inter-institutional projects in education, training and research, thereby contributing to the strengthening of the development of human capital and knowledge base. The Fund aims to encourage bilateral cooperation between participating countries, in particular cooperation between Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Slovenia.
Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA) support research training and career development focused on innovation skills. The programme funds worldwide and cross-sector mobility that implements excellent research. There are MSCA grants for all stages of a researcher’s career, from PhD candidates to highly experienced researchers, which encourage transnational, intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility.
EURAXESS is a platform for researchers, entrepreneurs, universities and businesses to interact with each other. Packed with information, EURAXESS covers mobility issues for researchers and entrepreneurs, allows universities and businesses to find the right talent, and connects people, projects and funding.
